QA Specialist

What does a QA Specialist do at Tobania?
- You will be responsible for testing activities over multiple projects. Beside that you will also advise the product teams with an eye for improvement of quality.
- You will align testing activities with customer objectives and their strategy. While doing this, you are the liaison between management and project team(s) at a strategic level.
- Together with your team, you will build the best, most cutting- edge technologies. You will take an active roll through training, coaching and much more.
Who are we looking for?
Education: IT-related degree or similar by experience/ technical background.
Experience: Experience in Project Management, Tool selection, Implementation and workshop facilitation.
Languages: Fluent in Dutch, English and/ or French.
Expertise: Thorough knowledge of different testing strategies and testing solutions. Managing stakeholders and cultural awareness are no strangers to you.
Strenghts: You are a natural leader with strong communication skills who likes to coach and motivate others and make decisions when needed.
