Team Lead Customer Service

What can you expect?

  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 consultants based in Strombeek-Bever.
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions with consultants to ensure strong team cohesion and performance.
  • Generate and analyze SLA reports, providing monthly reports to clients and your manager.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, including backup Team Leads.
  • Address and resolve technical questions from clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and address operational issues, i.e. support the team in processing incoming calls
  • Evaluate candidates and have a thorough understanding of vacancies.
  • Manage the contact center operations, acting as the primary point of contact for client issues.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: Proven experience as a Team Lead in a similar role.

Languages: Fluent in both Dutch French.

Personal Interests: You are passionate about galvanizing your team towards shared objectives and fostering the personal development of each team member.

Strengths: Strong operational management, customer oriented, people management (empathy & proactivity) & assertiveness.

Expertise: Intermediate knowledge of Service-Level-Agreements.
