What does a Mainframe Developer do at Tobania?

Our Mainframe Developer will maintain a set of mainframe applications and can act quickly in case of incidents to make a thorough root cause analysis, proposing and implementing the solution while
maintaining adequate communication towards all stakeholders.

  • New development or maintenance of code
  • Unit testing
  • Quality review of detailed design and code provided
    by external suppliers
  • Documentation of development activities (design,
    code, unit testing, code review)

Who are we looking for?

You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering

  • You have at
    least 3 years of professional experience as a Mainframe Developer
  • You have knowledge of COBOL; DB2 zOS and Preferably XMLS as well.
  • You are accurate , loyal, and proactive
