Tobania is looking for a motivated Call Agent for one of the major banks in Belgium, specifically within the domain of Internet Banking.

Job Description:

  • Providing telephone support to customers experiencing issues with the bank's internet banking and mobile app tools.
  • Professionally and helpfully informing customers in both Dutch and French.
  • Actively involving second-line support colleagues when necessary.
  • Providing support to branches and victims of phishing with advice and practical assistance.
  • Domain: Banking/Digital Channels/Customer Service

Who are we looking for?

  • Secondary education diploma
  • Bilingualism: excellent oral and written skills in Dutch and French.
  • Domain knowledge of Banking, Digital Channels, and Customer Service is a plus, but not mandatory!
  • Flexible working hours: Starting between 8:30 am – 12 pm & ending between 5 pm – 8:30 pm from Monday to Friday. One half-day on Saturday per month as overtime.
  • Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
  • Motivated, hands-on mentality, and team player.
  • Customer-oriented, precise, and confident, especially in telephone customer contact.
