Junior Fraud Specialist 24/7
What can you expect?
- You are the primary point of contact for victims of banking fraud. You do this over the phone or via email. Therefore, you are fluent in both Dutch and French.
- Becoming a victim of fraud knows no hours, so you are willing to work in a continuous shift system (3 shifts, including night shifts, Monday through Sunday including holidays).
- You investigate reported frauds and conduct audits on affected accounts and authorizations, new accounts, and periodic transfers. In other words, you are a born problem-solver and willing to immerse yourself in the world of anti-fraud.
- You analyze transactions, block accounts, and cancel payments.
- You independently create fraud files and handle them from A to Z. A customer-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills are therefore a must. You acquired these skills during your bachelor's degree or through initial work experience!
Who are we looking for?
- Education: a bachelor's degree, or equivalent through experience.
- Experience: initial internship or work experience in fraud is a plus.
- Personal interests: you are a born problem-solver and willing to delve into the world of anti-fraud.
- Languages: you can fluently express yourself in both Dutch and French.
- Strengths: customer-oriented approach, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility: you are willing to work in a continuous shift system (3 shifts, including nights, Monday through Sunday, including holidays).
