Junior Fraud Specialist 24/7

What can you expect?

Do you have a passion for customer satisfaction and security? Do you want to play a crucial role in protecting our customers against fraud? Then we are looking for you! For our Fraud 24/7 service, we are seeking a dedicated and vigilant employee! In this role, you will work in a 24/7 shift schedule and be the first point of contact for customers dealing with fraudulent activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries and reports about phishing and fraud via phone.
  • Analyze reports to quickly and accurately determine the nature and extent of the fraud.
  • Support and guide customers in taking the appropriate steps after a fraud incident.
  • Record and document all reports and actions in our system.
  • Proactively inform customers about preventive measures against phishing and fraud.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in phishing and fraud.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial sector.
  • Languages: Communication skills in both Dutch and French.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Personal interests: Stress-resistant and able to act quickly and accurately under pressure. High sense of responsibility. Affinity with digital security. A good understanding of phishing and fraud practices is a plus.
