I am Fabio and I work as a Test Specialist at the Testing Unit within Tobania. You can describe me as a HOT individual: Honest, Open and Transparent.

What did your career path look like?
You can best compare my career path with the infinite and geometric puzzles of Dutch artist M.C. Escher.
How would your colleagues describe you?
They would probably describe me as communicative, analytical and a positive vibes provider.
Who inspires you?
I get inspired by all the things that surround me. Everyone has something unique to spread and to tell and I am ready to absorb it.
What is your go-to productivity trick?
Drinking Italian coffee and listening to classical music.

I am highly motivated as soon as I have gained the full trust of my colleagues.

Fortunately, I have had many mentors in my personal life, who inspired me with their lives, ways of thinking and experiences.
Do you have the ambition to be a mentor for others?
By also functioning as a “career coach”, I hope that I am already doing an appreciated job of mentoring.
What skill did you develop over your career that was worth all the effort?
The ability to see the shadow of persons and life, because the world is not just all black and white.
What does your desired future look like?
Green-friendly, ecologically sustainable, local, a good balance between high-tech and tradition. And last but not least, bug-free!
