What does a Junior Administrative Officer do at Tobania?

  • As a Junior Administrative Officer, you play an essential role in advising and supporting clients with all their financial and administrative challenges and processes.
  • You are responsible for the accurate and proactive management of client files. You not only handle their operational aspects but also analyse them, offering solutions that help clients move forward. These files can be incredibly diverse, ranging from managing social accounts to guardianships, collective debt settlements, bankruptcies, and more. But isn't variety precisely what you are looking for?
  • You hold customer satisfaction in high regard and ensure excellent customer service through various channels. You handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, chat messages, phone calls, and more.
  • Teamwork makes the dream work: as you act as the link between different internal departments, you communicate clearly, transparently, and effectively. You know how to handle and escalate issues with care, reporting important information to management. You also participate in workgroups and contribute to optimising processes for the client.

Who are we looking for?

  • Education: You have a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a relevant field such as Office Management, Financial Management, Business Management, Accounting, etc.
  • Experience: Prior work experience is not mandatory but is a plus. Our client provides the necessary training and support to help you quickly integrate into the team.
  • Languages: Dutch or French is your native language, but you also express yourself fluently in the other national language. Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Personal Interests: Finance and administration have always been your passion, and you are eager to further develop yourself in this area.
  • Strengths: You are a true team player, yet can work independently and prioritize effectively. You are customer-oriented, analytical, punctual, and able to handle stress. Your organizational talent allows you to manage multiple files simultaneously without losing oversight.
  • Expertise: You quickly adapt to new administrative systems, software, and tools, and you are well-versed in the legislation relevant to the files you manage.
